I do not disagree that it is a good idea to wait.
But my point is that if you buy a new SSD disk, you first of all get a computer that is ablout 70% faster and since you must buy a new licensce, you are free to put back the old disk.
With an upgrade ypu have no regret ability because reinstalling Windows 7 will be a break of licensce since the Windows 10 is the same licensce.
Most people will let a professional do the upgrade, my comments on how to is ment for those knowing how to use a computer. But also give other the information that that is possible even if the resellers want to tell you ypu need also to buy a new computer even if the old one was bougjt 2 weeks ago, in orer to just sell another computer.
(Whichh almost always is the advice computer illiterate persons get. I once met an old person who had 10 almost new computers, because reseller wanted to sell a new computer instead of installing new virus detection programs or other software upgrades :-( )
