Im trying to find some information about Mauritz Casimir Tolfström (born 22 Nov 1810) and his wife Jacobina Charlotta Stockman (born 22 Mar 1814) , if i have my info correct he should be the father of Oskar Alexander Fridthjof Tolfström (born 27 Jan 1848 dead 30 Dec 1892).
Where in Sweden did they live? Where did you find the information about them?

I have no idea,

Mauritz Casimir Tolfström must have died before 1878 as Jacobina Charlotta Stockman then was a widow.
On page 41 (kvarteret Kattrumpan) in the household examination roll 1849-1850 we find the parents with their two pre-marriage sons: Maurits, b. 36 13/11 and Frithiof Oscar Alexander, b. 48 27/1 [1].
